How we build your sales in Europe

Selling to European businesses is a process, not a listing. Below are the eight steps we follow for every manufacturer, how long each usually takes, what we report to you every month and how both sides are protected.

Eight steps from qualification to repeat orders

Times are typical for one product range in one or two countries. Your category, season and certificates can make a step shorter or longer.

  1. 1

    Qualification of your factory

A video call in Chinese or English and a review of your catalogue, prices, MOQ, capacity, certificates and export experience. We say openly if we do not see a chance in Europe.

Reply within 1 working day; assessment within 5 working days
  2. 2

    Proposal and contract

A written proposal with countries, products, package, price and responsibilities. The contract fixes the territory, commission, the period for repeat orders and how introduced buyers are registered.

    Week 1
  3. 3

    Market study and price positioning

Demand, competitor prices, buyer types and channels, EU rules for your products. We agree the European price list and the arguments for buyers with you.

    Weeks 1–3
  4. 4

Offer and documents ready for Europe

Catalogue, price list and emails in the buyer’s language. Check of CE, GPSR and EPR needs, labels and technical files; we name what is missing before buyers ask.

    Weeks 2–4
  5. 5

    Buyer research and outreach

We build a list of target companies — distributors, wholesalers, chains, marketplaces — find the decision-makers and contact them by email, phone and LinkedIn, and through our own channels.

    From week 3, continuous
  6. 6

    Meetings and samples

Video calls and visits with interested buyers, samples sent from China or from stock in Poland, answers to technical and commercial questions.

    Usually from month 2
  7. 7

    Negotiation and first order

Price, MOQ, payment terms, delivery, labelling and documents. The buyer orders from you, in your name, and pays you directly.

Often several months after first contact
  8. 8

    Repeat orders and account care

We follow deliveries and feedback, handle questions in the buyer’s language and work on the next orders, new products and new buyers in the same channel.

After the first order, every month

How you and we are protected

The most common worry of factories is that an agent takes the customer. The most common worry of agents is that the factory goes around them. The contract answers both.

Buyers registered in the CRM

Every buyer we introduce is registered with the date of first contact. You see the full contact data. Both sides know which buyers count for commission.

Contracts in your name

In the agent packages the buyer signs with you and pays you directly. We do not collect your money and do not resell your products to that buyer from another factory.

Clear commission terms

Commission is a fixed percentage of paid orders, excluding VAT and shipping. Repeat orders of introduced buyers count for an agreed period, typically 24 months.

Territory and competitors

In the Exclusive package the territory and targets are in the contract. In Sales Partner we tell you which other manufacturers we represent in your category.

Confidentiality

Your prices, drawings and buyer data are confidential. We share with buyers only what you approve for each offer.

EU commercial agent law

In the EU the relationship between a manufacturer and a commercial agent is governed by Directive 86/653/EEC, as implemented in national law. It gives agents certain rights, for example commission on orders that result from their work. Our contract states the applicable law and these terms openly.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get the first order?

There is no fixed time. European B2B buyers usually test samples and decide internally, so a first order often comes several months after the first contact. In the first weeks you see progress in the CRM: companies identified, buyers contacted, meetings and requests for quotation.

Who speaks to the buyers — you or us?

We do, in the buyer’s language and under your brand. You join calls when technical questions need your engineers. Buyers know they are dealing with your company, represented by us in Europe.

What happens if a buyer contacts us directly?

Nothing changes for you: sell to them as usual. If the buyer is registered in the CRM as introduced by us, the order counts for commission as agreed. If not, it is your own customer.

Can we see your work before paying for months?

Yes. The pilot lasts 3 months and you see the CRM from the first week. After the pilot you decide with the numbers in front of you whether to continue.

How do you handle the time difference with China?

Our working day, 9:00–17:00 Central European Time, covers the Beijing afternoon and evening. We collect buyers’ questions during the European day and send them to you in one message, so you can answer the next morning Beijing time.

What do you need from us during the process?

Correct product data and prices, samples on time, documents for EU compliance and answers to buyers’ questions within an agreed time, usually one or two working days.
