1. Controller

The controller of personal data processed through this website (LongmeniQ) is EnjoyGroup Sp. z o.o., ul. Brzeska 8/4, 21-500 Biała Podlaska, Poland, NIP 5372686054, KRS 0001143543 (“we”). Contact: corp@mascotiq.eu.

2. What we process and why

Applications and contact forms: your name, company, email, WeChat ID or phone, industry, target market, website or online store, chosen package, message, attached files (catalogues, price lists, certificates) and the page you wrote from. Purpose: assessing your products for the European market, answering you and preparing a written proposal (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before a contract) and keeping records of correspondence (art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).

Company information in catalogues and price lists is mainly business data. Where it contains names or contact details of people, we use it only to assess and prepare the proposal you asked for.

Service contracts: company details, VAT number, contact persons and data needed to perform the contract (for example reports on buyers we introduce). Purpose: performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(b)) and accounting obligations (art. 6(1)(c)).

Email, messenger and phone correspondence: content and metadata, kept as long as needed for the business relationship and possible claims (art. 6(1)(f)).

Website analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Baidu Tongji run only after your consent (art. 6(1)(a)); see the cookie policy.

Server logs: IP address, browser, requested address and time — kept by the hosting provider for security for up to 30 days (art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Recipients

Hosting and email providers; the messaging service (Telegram) used to notify our team of new applications; accounting and IT service providers; analytics providers if you consented. We do not sell personal data.

When you work with us, we share with European buyers only the company and contact details needed for the business you asked us to start, and we share with you the contact details of buyers we introduce, as agreed in the service contract.

4. Transfers outside the EEA

Most of our correspondents are manufacturers in China. Data you send us from outside the EEA and our replies to you are processed because they are necessary for the steps you requested before a contract or for the contract itself (art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Where a service provider processes data outside the EEA, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

Applications that do not lead to a contract: 24 months from the last contact. Contracts, invoices and related correspondence: as long as required by tax and accounting law (currently 5 full years after the end of the tax year) and the limitation period for claims. Analytics data: according to the settings described in the cookie policy. Server logs: up to 30 days.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to corp@mascotiq.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) or the authority in your country.

7. Obligation to provide data

Providing data is voluntary, but without your name, company, email and a message we cannot assess your application. For contracts, company and invoice data are required by law.

8. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects. Every application is reviewed by a person.
