Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to work with you?
A market entry study costs from €1,500 one-off. The Sales Partner package costs from €1,500 per month plus 5% of paid orders, with a 3-month pilot. The Exclusive Representative package starts from €3,500 per month plus 3%; distribution terms are agreed individually.
All prices exclude VAT. See packages and prices.
How is the commission calculated?
Commission is calculated on the value of paid orders, excluding VAT and shipping costs. It applies to the first order and to repeat orders of the buyers we introduced for the period agreed in the contract, typically 24 months. Samples, laboratory tests and paid advertising are not part of the fee; they are invoiced at cost after your approval.
Who owns the customer? Can you take my buyers?
The customer is yours: contracts with buyers are signed in your name and you see every buyer in the shared CRM. We register each buyer we introduce, and the contract states that commission applies to that buyer’s orders for the agreed period. Only in the distribution model does our EU company buy and resell your goods, and then this is written in the contract.
Can a buyer bypass you and order directly from the factory?
Yes, and that is allowed — direct orders still count. A buyer introduced by us and registered in the CRM remains linked to us for the agreed period, so commission applies whether the order goes through us or directly to you. This protects both sides and removes the reason to hide contacts.
Do you offer exclusivity?
Yes, in the Exclusive Representative package: one territory, a dedicated sales manager and targets written in the contract, from 6 months. In the Sales Partner package we take a limited number of manufacturers per category and tell you openly if we represent another factory with similar products.
What contract do we sign?
A written agency or service contract under Polish law, in English, with a Chinese translation for reference. It states the territory, products, fees, commission, the protected buyer period, reporting and how either side can end the contract. Distribution is covered by a separate distribution agreement.
Is payment safe? Who pays whom?
In the agency model the buyer pays you directly, by the terms you agree with the buyer; we never hold your money. You pay our monthly fee and commission against our invoice from an EU company. In the distribution model our company pays you according to the terms in the distribution agreement.
Do we need to register a company in Europe?
No. You can sell to European importers and distributors from China. Where the law requires an operator established in the EU — for example the GPSR responsible person for consumer products — our EU company can take that role. If buyers want an EU invoice and delivery from stock, our company can import and resell your goods.
What is the GPSR responsible person and do we need one?
Since 13 December 2024 a consumer product can only be placed on the EU market if an economic operator established in the EU is responsible for it, and its name and contact appear on the product, packaging or accompanying document. If your buyer is not the importer, you need an EU responsible person. See GPSR responsible person.
Do all products exported to Europe need CE marking?
No. CE marking is required only for products covered by specific EU directives or regulations, such as toys, electrical equipment, machinery or radio equipment. Many other products need no CE mark but must still be safe under the GPSR and correctly labelled. We check which rules apply before your first offer; the conformity assessment itself is done by the manufacturer and, where required, by a notified body. See CE marking.
What about EPR and packaging rules?
Whoever first places packaged goods, electronics or batteries on a national market must usually be registered for EPR there and pay fees for recycling. The EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) applies from 12 August 2026 and adds requirements for documentation and traceability on packaging. We check what applies to your products and arrange registrations through partners. See EPR and packaging.
Who pays for samples?
You provide the samples; shipping, import costs and any tests are paid at cost after your approval. We send samples only to qualified buyers who have confirmed interest, and we report what each buyer said about them.
Can you work with our MOQ and payment terms?
We tell you honestly what the market expects. European distributors often start with a smaller trial order and ask for payment terms after delivery. If you cannot offer this, the distribution model can help: our EU company buys larger lots, keeps stock in Poland and gives buyers terms.
What languages and time zones do you work in?
With manufacturers we work in Chinese and English; with buyers in Polish, German, English and other EU languages. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 Central European Time, which is 16:00–24:00 Beijing time in winter and 15:00–23:00 in summer.
How fast will the first order come?
We cannot promise a date: it depends on the product, price and buyer type. Usually the first contacts with buyers start in the first month and samples follow in the second or third. Distributors and retail chains often need several months to test and list a new supplier, which is why the pilot lasts 3 months.
Which products do you not accept?
We do not work with counterfeits or copies of other brands, weapons and military goods, tobacco and e-cigarettes, medicines, medical devices, food and food supplements, or products that cannot be made compliant with EU rules. We also decline products when we see no realistic demand or price position in Europe, and we tell you why.
